I have converted this to a Discussion for now, as we will need the URL used when signing into the bank's website for this to be an official request. Please provide that, and we will convert this back into an Idea post.

@elbeh, unfortunately, we can't guarantee if or when a requested biller will be added. But I do know that our product team is actively watching for biller requests so they can continue to push our new service provider to add more billers.
