    I just tried and got this message.

    To connect to your account, you must complete an action at the website for HealthEquity.

    Hello @nrp06,

    Thank you for letting us know you're seeing a different error message. While it is likely that the issue is related to the known issue, I recommend following these troubleshooting steps, just in case you're seeing that error due to user action being required on HealthEquity's website:

    1. Sign into the bank's website through a different browser or incognito.
      1. Please do not clear cookies and cache. Instead, sign into your bank's website through incognito mode, or a different browser, to see if you're prompted with any pop-ups immediately after signing in.
    2. Are you normally prompted to verify identity through a security code at the bank's website?
      1. Sometimes you aren't prompted to complete multi-factor authentication when signing in from the same computer, but it may be required when signing in through a different one.
    3. Did you acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions for third party apps on the bank's website?
      1. Some banks may require you to accept the terms and conditions for use of third party applications with their banking information.
    4. Do you need to create or update your security questions on the bank's website?
