Is there a known issue with Target redcard account not connecting at all? I've tried resetting the connection several times but always get a FDP-163 error.

The automatic update of my Target Red Card account has been failing for 4 days.

    Care code: FDP-163

Trying to create a new connection does not work either.

I hope the intersection between Quicken users and Target Red Card users is not so tiny to make the problem irrelevant (or very low-pri) for the developers. :)

@maxvv, thank you for joining this discussion!

I was able to confirm the FDP-163 error when viewing your connection attempts with Target Red Card from our end. I see that the error is occurring on an existing connection, so please follow these steps to establish a completely fresh connection with the bank:

    1. Make all of the accounts with this bank manual by following the steps here.
    2. Once you see the account(s) listed in the Manual Accounts section under Settings > Accounts, go back through the Add Account flow to reconnect to the bank.
    3. If the connection is successful, carefully link the account(s) found to your existing Quicken Simplifi account(s) by following the steps here

Let us know how things go, please!

After resetting the connection, it's working now but it wasn't working a few days ago or even a couple days ago

It worked thanks. The only caveat is that the transactions posted on the card between (1) the last sync before the reset and (2) the first sync after the reset were not downloaded. Not a big deal in my case (I added them manually), but I think it's worth sharing this, since it's unlikely to be an intended behavior of the system.

My card started connecting again without me having to reset, so the problem seems to have solved itself. Thanks!
