Fidelity Retirement and Investment - Not updating
Even though Simplifi indicates that my Fidelity account was updated, it has not updated for the last couple of business days. I am hesitant to "reset the connection" because the last time I did that, all of my accounts were duplicated causing all of my totals to show 2x the actual amount. Any suggestions on how to resolve this? I have tried to update on the app and on the Windows web version.

Thanks for reaching out! I am not seeing an error from our side when you are connecting to Fidelity. Can you clarify what specifically is occurring? Is the account showing as connected, but no transactions are coming in? Is the account balance being updated?
I wonder if your user token may have expired. If so, I would try establishing a fresh connection by making the account manual and re-linking to see if that resolves the current issue. The instructions to do that are:
- Navigate to the bank's website, sign in, and then remove Quicken's access from the bank's third-party linked apps.
- Make all of the accounts with the bank manual by following the steps here.
- Once you see the account(s) listed in the Manual Accounts section under Settings > Accounts, go back through the Add Account flow to reconnect to the bank.
- If the connection is successful, carefully link the account(s) found to your existing Quicken Simplifi account(s) by following the steps here.
The accounts should not be duplicated when trying the above steps, as long as you make sure to link the accounts instead of creating new accounts.

I followed these exact steps and it did not resolve the issue. I still don't see updates coming through from Fidelity.

Thanks for reaching out! I am not seeing an error from our side when you are connecting to Fidelity either. Can you clarify if the account is showing as connected, but with no transactions coming in? Is the account balance being updated at all? Let us know!
