Hi.

Anyone else seeing this? WellsFargo Wellstrade Trading account shows zero balance.

Funny thing is when you click on the account and check Portfolio, the amounts are correct. However, Balances show zero.

Can someone @Quicken please check? Thanks.

@nrp06, thanks for reaching out to the Community with this issue!

The reason you'll see a difference in balance between the Accounts List (and the Balances tab) and the Investments Portfolio is that the Accounts List balance is provided by the bank for connected accounts, and the Portfolio balance (market value) is based on the holdings in the Portfolio in Quicken Simplifi.

With that, since it sounds like the issue you're experiencing is in the Accounts List, it is likely due to the connection with the bank. I'd recommend establishing a completely fresh connection, as well as gaining a new access token since Wells Fargo is one of our OAuth API banks, to see if doing so clears things up for you. Here are the steps:

    1. Navigate to the bank's website, sign in, and remove Quicken's access from the bank's third-party linked apps.
    2. Make all of the accounts with this bank manual by following the steps here.
    3. Once you see the account(s) listed in the Manual Accounts section under Settings > Accounts, go back through the Add Account flow to reconnect to the bank.
    4. If the connection is successful, carefully link the account(s) found to your existing Quicken Simplifi account(s) by following the steps here

Let us know how things go!
