New Feature Alert: Kelley Blue Book Integration!
We’re excited to announce that Quicken Simplifi now integrates with Kelley Blue Book!
This new feature lets you link your vehicle asset accounts to Kelley Blue Book so you can automatically track your automobile’s value as part of your net worth—without manually updating it each month.
The Kelley Blue Book integration is currently live for 20% all of Early Access users on both the Web and Mobile Apps, and we’ll be rolling it out to all Early Access users over the coming days.
How It Works
Once you link a vehicle to Kelley Blue Book in Simplifi, the system will pull updated valuations approximately every 30 days and display that value as the account balance in your Quicken Simplifi net worth.
You can add a new automobile account using either:
- The vehicle’s Make/Model details (Year, Make, Model, Trim, Mileage, ZIP Code), or
- The vehicle’s VIN.
You’ll then select the vehicle’s condition using Kelley Blue Book’s definitions and confirm details to complete setup.
If you already have a manual vehicle asset account, you can link it to Kelley Blue Book to begin automatic value tracking. Learn more in our help article here!

Update: KBB Vehicle Value Enhancements Now Available in Early Access
We’ve added a couple of enhancements to the Kelley Blue Book vehicle value integration! These updates are now available in Early Access on both the Web and Mobile Apps.
When editing your Kelley Blue Book–linked account from Settings > Accounts, you will now see an option to “Automatically update miles.”
- This option automatically updates your vehicle's mileage using your driving history.
- You can customize how miles auto-update by entering your own 30-day mileage increment.
- This option will be enabled by default as we roll out this enhancement.
You can also click “Edit details” to update other information, such as mileage, ZIP code, and vehicle condition. After making updates, Simplifi will automatically re-run the vehicle valuation.
If you prefer, you can turn the automatic mileage update feature off at any time and update mileage manually instead.
