Add me to all the above, please. Truly, this is an unmitigated disaster for me. Wow. Wow.😳

I cancelled my membership as well since it appears this has been an issue for a long time without any resolution. Did attempt a work around solution of using Synchrony (you can register your OnePay credit card through their website) but Simplifi can't even get that right.

@Coach Jon @Coach Kristina We have not been hearing much from the Simplifi team on whether or not this request is in the works. It seems to be important to the financial tracking of many users/former users. Would you all be able to assist and/or share any updates? Much appreciated! @Coach Nicole @Coach Tara

Yea I just switched to [removed] as this card has been working there with a workaround.

Hello @freyal12,
Unfortunately, there's still no update to provide on this request. Although this institution definitely been requested from our end, we cannot guarantee that a requested bank will be added. With that being said, I'd suggest continuing to follow along here for any future updates on this request.
I am sorry that I don't have a better answer!

@Coach Jon just making sure you saw this post I made a few weeks ago.
I understand the hold up is working with OnePay? I provided an alternative way to access the required data directly through Synchrony.
Could this alternative path be considered, or if not, could you clarify the situation with these two separate methods? Thanks!1 -
@Coach Jon @Coach Natalie just checking in since we haven't heard back from either of you regarding the comment I made regarding the alternate way for Simplifi to connect and retrieve transactions/balances from the OnePay card.
Adding some other coaches which auto-populated via the "@coach" tag for additional visibility and traction on this issue.

@jondehen in the end, Quicken does not manage their bank connections, so they do not necessarily have the ability to do anything with that info. Third parties like intuit, plaid, fincity manage the connections.
Brw, i think they are off today for the holiday.

I believe you're correct in that the Simplifi team on this forum doesn't manage the connections directly. They use an aggregation partner, which makes sense to do. However, the Simplifi team should at the very least have contacts at the aggregation partner with whom they can relay information to.
My ask for @Coach Natalie and/or @Coach Jon is that the information I provided be relayed to the appropriate team/aggregation partner. It's disheartening to spend time making good faith contributions toward resolution of an issue without any acknowledgement, especially considering the growing scope of this issue. A simple "we'll send that info along" would be sufficient and appropriate.

At the end of the day, all the excuses in the world don't change the fact that support levels for the Simplifi product are not what they should be. I personally would argue that the support is no better than it was when the Mint product was provided for free. It's why I left for another product and have no regrets.
