Verizon Wireless - "Activation is rejected by Biller." (edited)
When connecting Verizon Wireless, I enter all my information correctly, but it is saying Activation is rejected by Biller.
Is there any support to why this is happening? I have Verizon Fios, and able to get that biller to connect just fine.
Thank you

I have the same issue and would like to know if there is a way to get Verizon wireless to work.

@rosachin21k, thanks for posting to the Community with this issue!
To clarify, is your Verizon bill already enrolled in eBill or anything along those lines? If so, you likely won't be able to connect it to Bill Connect in Quicken Simplifi, as this is a limitation on our service provider's end.

I have the same problem with Quicken Simplifi Bill Connect and Verizon Wireless. Have tried multiple times over the past two weeks.

@RNALowe, thank you for joining the discussion!
To clarify, are you receiving the same error—"Activation is rejected by Biller."? If so, do you have eBill or anything like that enabled with Verizon directly?

Not sure I follow the question. Can you clarify, so I can provide some screenshots?

Thank you for your reply,
To reword the questions:
- What is the exact error message you are seeing?
- Is it "Activation is rejected by Biller."?
- If it isn't, then what error message are you seeing?
- Do you have any sort of electronic billing or paperless statement set up directly with Verizon?
I hope this helps!

So to confirm. If a Verizon Wireless account is set to eBill then Quicken Simplifi cannot connect to it? I am getting the Activation Rejected error and have ebill set up so that appears to be the case. If I temporarily turn off eBill will the connection work and keep working after I turn eBill back on?

Yes, the error message is rejected by biller.
I do have the billing on paperless already — it must be that way, Verizon gives a discount for it.
On the inverse, I also have Verizon Fios and that is able to connect. AND Verizon uses a single sign on for Wireless/Home. Note, Fios bill is also on paperless billing.

@lynchbro, thanks for the reply!
Since you're enrolled in eBill with Verizon directly, you won't be able to enroll through Quicken Simplifi, according to our Bill Connect service provider. This is a limitation on their end.
You can, however, track the bill manually in Quicken Simplifi:
We apologize for the inconvenience!
