    Hello @subiemat,

Thank you for reaching out! I believe we will need clarification on this issue. Do you mean that the account balance is showing up as the most recent transaction amount? If you can provide a screenshot showing the balance issue from your side, as well as let us know what the balance should be, this would be helpful.

I would also see if the following steps work to resolve the issue you are seeing with the account balance:

    1. Navigate to the bank's website, sign in, and then remove Quicken's access from the bank's third-party linked apps.
    2. Make all of the accounts with the bank manual by following the steps here.
    3. Once you see the account(s) listed in the Manual Accounts section under Settings > Accounts, go back through the Add Account flow to reconnect to the bank.
    4. If the connection is successful, carefully link the account(s) found to your existing Quicken Simplifi account(s) by following the steps here.

Let us know how this goes!

I haven't even drawn on the account yet. I have a zero balance. my line available (like a CC) is $225,000. In simplifi, it says my balance is $225,000 which is bringing down my networth and showing an inaccurate transaction.

    Hello @subiemat,

Ah, I see now. Thank you for clarifying! For Credit Card accounts and Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) accounts, we scrape the account balance opposite of what is shown on the bank's website, so a negative balance will show as positive. We also scrape the payments as positive and spending as negative for these types of accounts with Citizens Bank.

    I hope this makes sense!

No it doesn't. I have a zero balance. there is no negative of zero. Simplifi is showing the full limit as the balance I owe. That is what I want fixed.

Complete waste of time. The problem is the way your system is pulling the data from Citizens. When linking it shows again my balance is $225,000 instead of ZERO!

    Hello @subiemat,

Thanks for the reply! After researching further, we have several other Citizens Bank instances available in Quicken Simplifi. Can you please verify if trying one of the other instances brings the HELOC account over with the correct balance?

    Hello @subiemat,

I understand that you are currently using the 'Citizens' instance to connect to Citizens Bank. I would like to verify whether the other instances shown in the screenshot allow the balance to come over correctly. If you could try connecting with one of those instances, it would be very helpful! Please let us know the results. Thank you!

    I tried

Citizens Bank-Not Your TypicalBank - this one worked.
