Contribute to Savings Goals Notification - Exclude Future Goals (edited)

At present, the "you haven't contributed to "X" of your goals" reminder includes ALL goals. However if you have some set with future start dates, then you intentionally don't want to contribute. I have 6 right now now that start at the new year (now December). But it's yelling at me that I haven't contributed. I would like to see goals with a future start date not included in this reminder.

    Goals have "Active" and "Completed" sections. Perhaps an "Inactive" section would help this. Just showing goals with a future start date.
