One of our car loans in through Honda Financing and we have to manually update the balance (when we remember to!)

Thanks for the reply! Yes, we are aware of this issue. The FDP-105 error is listed as a known issue with our service provider, and we do have an alert you can follow for updates here while we work toward a resolution:
