Principal 401K balance value always behind by 2 days

I recently noticed that in Simplifi my Principal 401K balance is always 2 days behind the actual balance value.
For example, on Wednesday I would expect the balance to reflect the end-of-day balance on Tuesday. But instead it shows Monday's end-of-day balance. This is the case for each day of the week, including weekends (Friday's end-of-day balance doesn't show until Sunday).
This is a newish issue as I know that recently balance values were more timely and reflected the previous day's end-of-day value.
Note that my Principal 401K value always successfully updates in Simplifi - there is no problem with connection and account update. The issue is strictly that the balance is always behind by 2 days.
Can this be researched and fixed? Thank you.

Thank you for reaching out! We will most likely need screenshots showing the balance from both the bank's side and how it is currently showing in Quicken Simplifi for comparison. I would also have you try the following steps to see if this fixes the issue you are seeing:
- Make all of the accounts with the bank manual by following the steps here.
- Once you see the account(s) listed in the Manual Accounts section under Settings > Accounts, go back through the Add Account flow to reconnect to the bank.
- If the connection is successful, carefully link the account(s) found to your existing Quicken Simplifi account(s) by following the steps here.
