Huntington Bank issues - FDP-103 (edited)

The last time I was able to update my accounts on Simplifi was just before Christmas. I still cannot get the app to connect to the Huntington Bank. Its been a month now. When will it be fixed?

    Thanks for reaching out! From our side, I can see that you are receiving an FDP-103 error when trying to connect. Please verify the following information to see if this helps resolve the issue you are seeing:

    • When entering your password, enable the “Show Password” option to confirm there are no typographical errors.
      • If you're using a password manager, please manually type it in, just in case the one saved is outdated.
    • Verify that you can sign into the bank’s website using the exact same credentials that you're using when attempting to connect in Quicken Simplifi. Sometimes, too many failed login attempts can result in the account getting locked on the financial institution's end.
    • Update your credentials – Try temporarily updating your password at the bank's website, and then try again to connect in Quicken Simplifi. We recommend NOT using the following special characters: & < > / \.
