[REOPENED] 12/18/25: Mr. Cooper (formerly Nationstar Mortgage) returning FDP-105 error
We are currently seeing an issue with Mr. Cooper (formerly Nationstar Mortgage) returning an FDP-105 error in Quicken Simplifi. This is a known issue that we are working to resolve as quickly as possible. We currently have no ETA to provide on when a resolution can be expected, but we will post updates as soon as we do.

We have learned that this issue is still ongoing. As of January 22, 2026, Mr. Cooper is blocking connections, and customers will not be able to connect accounts until after February 13, 2026, at 11:05 AM MST. Please try to connect again after February 13, 2026, at 11:05 AM MST.
