[RESOLVED] 1/22/26: Chase - No Investment Accounts [PLAID]

We are aware of an issue where Chase is displaying the error message, "No investment accounts. None of your accounts are investment accounts. Please connect using a different bank," when attempting to connect a Credit Card account via Plaid in Quicken Simplifi.

This is a known issue that we are working to resolve as quickly as possible. We currently have no ETA to provide on when a resolution can be expected, but we will post updates as soon as we do.
