USAA Transactions STILL Not Updating

I received an email stating that this is resolved, but it is not. I still cannot pull all current transactions from USAA. Went through multiple troubleshooting steps. When I sync, all transactions are always 1-3 days behind the current date, even for non-pending transactions.

This is severely impacting my ability to use the app. Please fix this ASAP.

    @Celest78, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

    When checking the known issue that was occurring with USAA, it does appear to be resolved. With that, we'd need to start at the beginning with some troubleshooting. First, I'd recommend establishing a completely fresh connection with the bank, as well as gaining a new access token from USAA, and then keeping an eye on things moving forward.

    Here are the steps to follow:

    1. Navigate to the bank's website, sign in, and remove Quicken's access from the bank's third-party linked apps.
    2. Navigate back to Quicken Simplifi and make all of your USAA accounts manual by following the steps here
    3. Once you see the account(s) listed in the Manual Accounts section under Settings > Accounts, go back through the Add Account flow to reconnect to the bank.
    4. Carefully link the account(s) found to your existing Quicken Simplifi account(s) by following the steps here
