Fidelity Credit card account is now missing 6 transactions

Previously reported as an updates delay. Now upgrading to a missed transaction issue. Its clear Simplifi has skipped 6 transactions from last week from Jan 23 to 26. The download caught up today and knows the current account balance but it only updated one most recent transaction out of 7. Prior 6 are still missing from Simplifi.

BTW this feels like a general connector issue as Quicken Classic has exactly the same missed transactions. I can provide screen shots from Simplifi and Fidelity card account page for the support team if needed

    I manually reset the Quicken Classic connection just now and it found the missing transactions. Maybe Simplifi connection needs a reset but not sure how to do that safely as I'm brand new user.

    Thanks for reaching out! You can follow these steps to establish a fresh connection in Quicken Simplifi:

    • Make all of the accounts with the bank manual by following the steps here.
    • Once you see the account(s) listed in the Manual Accounts section under Settings > Accounts, go back through the Add Account flow to reconnect to the bank.
    • If the connection is successful, carefully link the account(s) found to your existing Quicken Simplifi account(s) by following the steps here.

    Issue closed. it eventually caught up on its own. Took about a week to do so however which is not really acceptable for an expense tracking product
