Re-sync option added for Manual Accounts in 6.4.0

I saw this on Coach Natalie's update and couldn't believe my eyes, but it is there on Manual Accounts. All mine are correct, but I re-synced one anyhow.

Thanks so much, and so unexpected!

PS. Now may we never need to use it. LOL
