Auto txn based alert

At a certain frequency (like every Monday, or every 5th of a month) check whether a transaction with certain criteria (like amount range, tag, category) happened or did not happen in the past N days, and raise an alert accordingly.

This will help users to track regular payments that should have arrived or been made, and act accordingly if such a thing has not happened yet.

I check on expected transactions by using Reminder series. Those that have not completed on the projected date show up in the Reminder carousel and in the Spending Plan | Bills section marked as overdue.

I realize that's not as active as an actual Alert, but it does permit tracking overdue payments/receipts.

@jayyan, thanks for posting your suggestion to the Community!

I went ahead and moved this out of Feature Requests for now so we can share some education and resources to ensure you are taking full advantage of what Quicken Simplifi currently offers. With that, what @DryHeat mentioned is what I'd suggest — using recurring reminders to know what bills you have coming up each month. The reminders have statuses that show whether they're upcoming, paid, or past due.

As for a notification for past due reminders, I don't see that one exists in Quicken Simplifi currently, and I also didn't find any existing request for this. I did, however, find the following request that may meet your needs!

Let us know if we can help answer any questions!
