NY529 now getting FDP-102 error (for about 1 week as of 1/29/2026)
I'm aware multiple other 529 sites (all T.Rowe Price administered?) are having issues. Other forum thread states FDP-103 errors. I'm getting an FDP-102 "unable to connect, please try again later" error for www.nysaves.org site. I can manually log into their website no problem still.

Thanks for reaching out! I can also see the FDP-102 error you are receiving when I check from our side. To clarify, can you let us know if you are trying to update an existing account already within Quicken Simplifi, or are you trying to add a new account to Quicken Simplifi?
For the former, I would have you follow these steps to see if it helps resolve the issue:
- Make all of the accounts with the bank manual by following the steps here.
- Once you see the account(s) listed in the Manual Accounts section under Settings > Accounts, go back through the Add Account flow to reconnect to the bank.
- If the connection is successful, carefully link the account(s) found to your existing Quicken Simplifi account(s) by following the steps here.

I've been seeing this as well and just figured out how to get it working again. It does seem to be the same issue as the other 529s:
- I followed Coach Jon's instructions above to make the accounts "Manual"
- I followed Coach Natalie's instructions towards the end of the thread here to get Aggregator Account Credentials for nysaves.org
- I created a new connection in Simplifi accounts using the https://www.nysaves.org/nytpl/auth/ll.cs connection host. When adding a new connection, search for "nysaves"- 3 connection options will likely appear, the second one in the list worked for me. When you click through and get to the window to provide the credentials, make sure the connection URL is for like in the window below. If you select the wrong one, try the other until you have the correct URL.
- You should then have the option to relink the 529 accounts to your Simplifi accounts.
