Unable to link to KBB car values still $0

I am unable to relink KBB data, my car values still remain at $0 since the bug. I can input my VIN and Car information and see it's value during setup but it won't link to my manual accounts anymore. It only worked the first time, then the recent bug made everything $0. I removed KBB and now can't add it back.

    Hello @whyme,

    I am back with an update from our team on this issue. It looks like this issue stems from the account name due to a unique name validation check. Can you try changing the name of the account in Quicken Simplifi and try re-linking the account afterward to see if that works? If it does work, you can edit the account name afterward to what it was previously.

    My only option was to add it as new. I just deleted the old ones. I am not sure how that'll change my net worth data history.

    Thanks for letting us know. By importing historical account balances, you can ensure your Net Worth Report accurately reflects your accounts over time.     Zillow and KBB connections are both showing zero balances. This is being reflected in the net worth as well. It was working fine a month or two ago. I saw a link stating it was updated but mine is still not working correctly.

    Zillow balance is now working but the KBB connection is not refreshable for 18 days.

    You can make the account manual and then reconnect it to KBB. That should work and as long as you link the account, you should keep your historical balance. Or you can just manually add a transaction to bring the Vehicle Account into balance and wait 18 days.
