[RESOLVED] 9/29/25: Incorrect Manual Account Balance

We are seeing an issue with Quicken Simplifi users seeing an incorrect balance for manually tracked accounts. This is a known issue that we are working to resolve as quickly as possible. We currently have no ETA to provide on when a resolution can be expected, but will post updates as soon as we do.

    ONGOING 10/13/25

    This Alert is still listed as ongoing, and there is currently no ETA on a resolution, though we are continuing to investigate the issue. We will be sure to post back when an update or resolution becomes available, so please bookmark this Alert to receive those notices when they occur.

    RESOLVED 2/3/26

    This issue has been resolved with the new "Re-sync balance" option available in manual accounts. The "Re-sync balance" option will force a refresh of the balance, which is something that occurs automatically each night. Users now have this option available to them at all times, and using it should resolve manual account balance discrepancies!
