American Education Services - Care Code: FDP-530

For the last few weeks, American Education Services (https://www.aessuccess.org) hasn't been able to connect. I tried both refreshing the connection and beginning a new account and it has only resulted in the following error code:

Care Code: FDP-530

Any idea how to remedy this?

    Hello @atantillo,

    Thank you for reaching out! I can see the FDP-530 error from our side that you have been experiencing. Are you able to provide a screenshot of the error you are receiving from your side? We will also need logs to be submitted:

    1. Log in to the Quicken Simplifi Web App.
    2. Select Profile from the left-hand navigation bar.
    3. With the Profile menu open, hold down the Option key for Mac or the Alt key for Windows, and then click Send Feedback.
    4. Leave all boxes checked, add a brief description of the issue, and then click Send.
