Savings Goals show wrong completion percentages and other incorrect info (edited)

Following guidance from "[UPDATED] 1/30/26: Duplicated or $0 Balance in Manual or Asset Accounts, and Savings Goals" I am posting a new thread because my savings goals are still corrupted. This issue renders this software virtually useless to me because I can't complete my spending plan properly and can't get a clear picture of where my money is. I also can't tell how much I've actually contributed to each goal without doing some math and making a few assumptions.

My one goal that was actually completed in January is showing as 183% completed. The goal that I still have a few months to contribute to is showing as 134% completed. Two other uncompleted goals further out in the year show as 101% and 119% completed.

My furthest out goal shows as 67% completed, and that may actually be correct, but I can't tell for sure. However, the info in the bottom-right shows as "Ahead 3 months" … which is definitely NOT correct.

If this is not fixed within 1 week, I will be canceling my sub (just renewed a few days ago) and finding a new solution.

    Hello @MattS,

Thank you for letting us know. To confirm if this is a part of the ongoing issue with Savings Goals, can you provide a screenshot showing the issue from your side? Are these percentages due to the Savings Goals showing as doubled? Let us know!

I am not pasting a screenshot of my raw finances on the public internet. This is what my goals look like.

All of the numbers in yellow I had to make educated guesses on because I can no longer see any of that information. My goals are normally for annual bills, so I simply took the total amount and divided it by 12 to figure out the monthly target amounts. I then used the number of months remaining until the target date to figure out the other numbers. However, there may have been an instance where I started a goal late so I can't be 100% sure my numbers are correct. I have no way to tell that I am aware of.

Goal #1 is the only one that isn't listed as completed and it says that I saved $4000. That might be a doubling of what it's supposed to be. I would have thought that the Saved amount would be $2500 ($500x5), but I don't know when this issue first started. If it started when it was at $2000, then $4000 would be doubled.

All of the others now show as completed so I can't see squat for details.

    Hello @MattS,

Thank you for the information. Can you provide a screenshot showing the Savings Goals themselves, so that we may better understand what specifically is occurring here in this context? You can send that via DM to me if you prefer! Let us know!
