Hello @hewendataway,
Thank you for reaching out! Can you confirm whether this is a manual or connected account within Quicken Simplifi? Is the balance duplicated as far as you can tell, or is it randomly off by a non-specific amount? What should the balance be? Let us know!

This is a connected Credit Union with both a checking and savings account. Both accounts are showing the same balance amount $3,146,530.

Hello @hewendataway,
Thank you for the reply. And what should the account balance be for both accounts? Can you provide the following information as well?
- The name of the account in question, as it appears in Quicken Simplifi.
- The name of the account in question, as it appears on the bank's website.
- A fresh screenshot of the balance for the account in Quicken Simplifi.
- A screenshot of the balance displayed on the bank's website for comparison.

Hello @hewendataway,
That is certainly a massive discrepancy. And you stated that you have no transactions you see that you could link this change in the balance to, correct? Let's try the following steps to see if they work in correcting the balance:
- Make all of the accounts with the bank manual by following the steps here.
- Once you see the account(s) listed in the Manual Accounts section under Settings > Accounts, go back through the Add Account flow to reconnect to the bank.
- If the connection is successful, carefully link the account(s) found to your existing Quicken Simplifi account(s) by following the steps here.
Let us know how this goes!
