Human Interest 401k
I still have not received any reply about adding my 401(k) account. Both of the were closed even after I submitted all the information . Will this be fixed? Has anybody else been able to connect their human interest 401(k) account? Mine has been off for months now.

Would it be possible to learn if this issue is a negotiation/contractual issue (that is, if Human Interest is not permitting connections to this platform) or if it is a purely technical issue on Quicken's end?
It has now been 250 days since I have been able to update a Human Interest account, and the last update the community received was over 3 months ago. (And that update only continues to acknowledge that the problem is ongoing, so slightly positive but not satisfactory.)
If this is due to a negotiation or contractual issue, customers of this platform might be able to help pressure Human Interest into some degree of cooperation. They might listen to their customers. If it's purely a software issue, frankly, after this long that would be very disappointing but still helpful to know.0 -

Thank you for the feedback. We would not know the specifics or ETA here in the Quicken Simplifi community, but I can verify that our team is still working on a resolution for this issue at this time. We will be sure to update the alert when we know more information!
