Error FDP-7500 FirstBank

I had an issue with FirstBank’s connection not working multiple times over the last few months. It was working correctly for about two weeks and now when I try to update the account am getting error FDP-7500. I cannot find an explanation for this error anywhere and I’m about to give up on this app as it isn’t helpful on tracking my budget when there are this many connectivity issues.

    Thanks for reaching out! I can see the FDP-7500 error you're receiving from our side as well. I would see if the following steps work to resolve the issue you are seeing here:

    • Make all of the accounts with the bank manual by following the steps here.
    • Once you see the account(s) listed in the Manual Accounts section under Settings > Accounts, go back through the Add Account flow to reconnect to the bank.
    • If the connection is successful, carefully link the account(s) found to your existing Quicken Simplifi account(s) by following the steps here.
