BILT Mastercard no longer supported via Wells Fargo API, Switched to Cardless Inc (edited)
I would like to participate in the escalation for developing the BILT 2.0 integration.

I apologize for the confusion but as others stated, Wells Fargo and Bilt ended their partnership and going forward only Cardless will issue their credit cards, hence we need a new integration with Bilt, which apparently Plaid is already doing it for other budgeting apps.

I don't think there's any confusion; we were asked to escalate this as a missing account with Wells Fargo to share the user experience, which is that the account can no longer be linked via the Wells Fargo API, so that a solution, such as using the Plaid aggregator for Bilt and/or Cardless, can be implemented. To do so, we will need the following data to show our engineering team what's going on:
- What is the exact URL you use to log in to your account on the bank's website?
- Are you the owner of the account?
- The name of the account, as it appears on the bank's website.
- The name of the account as it appears in Quicken Simplifi.
- A screenshot of the Accounts Summary page from the bank's website that has a wide enough scope to show the full page URL. This is the landing page after signing in, and typically lists all accounts and balances. You will want to take this from a web browser and not a mobile browser, as well as redact any private info such as account numbers.
Please also send logs via the 'Send Feedback' option:
- Log in to the Quicken Simplifi Web App.
- Select Profile from the left-hand navigation bar.
- With the Profile menu open, hold down the Option key for Mac or the Alt key for Windows, and then click Send Feedback.
- Leave all boxes checked, add a brief description of the issue, and then click Send.

I have gotten this issue escalated and will post back here with updates. I will let you all know if we need that screenshot to add additional examples, but for now, you all can hold off on providing that additional information.
