Having trouble adding 401k through Alight (Something went wrong error) [edited]
Currently can't figure out what is going on. Got all my banking accounts added but am unable to add 401k thru Alight.
Keep getting:
Something went wrong
You can try again later or find another bank to continue.

After reviewing your connection attempts on our end, it looks like you're trying to connect to Alight - Caterpillar Inc.—is that correct? If so, it sounds like this is your first time attempting to connect to this bank in Quicken Simplifi—is that also correct?
Please provide more details on what specifically is occurring. Are you able to enter your credentials to connect in Quicken Simplifi? At what point do you receive an error or message indicating the connection isn't working? Is MFA enabled with the bank? If so, are you prompted to complete MFA when connecting in Quicken Simplifi? Please also provide a screenshot of the error or message you're receiving.

I will try to upload more info later. First time user of simplifi. I have contacted alight and they opened a case.
