NA showing for transaction categories for uncategorized transactions (edited)

I have had some transactions recently showing up in the Transaction List with a category list as "NA." When I open the transaction, it says the category is "Uncategorized." But when I filter my transactions for Uncategorized transactions, it does not show up.

Here is screenshot showing the line item in the Transaction List for the transaction with the "NA" error:

This is the Transaction detail box showing the category for the same transaction as "Uncategorized":

And this is the Transaction List with the filter set to Uncategorized transactions and the above transaction is not showing up:

    I tried to reproduce this but couldn't so far by changing transactions to uncategorized. When I did it showed up with uncategorized, and I could search it.

    Probably yours are not really uncategorized but for some reason show up as NA. Could it be because of lack of space in the column? Did you try resetting the column widths? Just stabs in the dark.

    The "NA" transaction now updated to a "transfer" category, correctly linking to the other side of the transfer. I think this is what may have happened in the previous instances of seeing "NA" as a transaction category. Maybe some sort of temporary glitch until the two sides of the transfer transaction properly link?
