Recurring deposit reminder dropped from checking "register"
Every month about a week before a recurring deposit (income) is about to occur quicken drops the reminder from the checking account and so it looks like I'll be overdrawn that week or later. This has started happening in the past few months. Simplifi is starting to remind me of the buggiest software I used in the past, Quicken desktop for Windows.

Hello @MikeBtp,
Thanks for reaching out! To help clarify your situation, can you let us know whether the recurring reminder disappears after it is linked to a transaction, or if it disappears at random? Additionally, Quicken Simplifi automatically links newly downloaded transactions to reminders and usually does a great job. However, there are times when some transactions are linked incorrectly. Is the reminder being linked incorrectly? Let us know!

Every month one or more of my Recurring Income Reminders gets dropped from the checking registry which then shows a negative balance. Even when I have corrected this one day the next time I go into Simplifi it is dropped again. Unbelievable!!!

It disappears at random but almost regularly with one recurring income (Social Security) that hasn't yet occurred. I just added another issue about this because I couldn't find this one to add to. A couple of days after I corrected the disappearing reminder (today) it was gone again.

Sometimes the reminder does get linked correctly but sometimes I have to do it manually.

Thank you for your replies,
When did you first notice this issue? Is this happening in the web app, the mobile app, or both?
Is it possible that the missing reminders are incorrectly matching to an incorrect transaction? If so, enabling amount matching may help. For more information, please see this article:
I hope this helps!

The problem is more along the lines of the Reminder in the Checking "Register" disappears from the group of reminders a few days or a week before the transaction occurs. The image I've attached shows the Reminder of the SSA Income Transaction will occur in 2 days (or it could be several days). This is after I corrected the Reminder that was dropped or disappeared. When that happens, the income/expense graph above the Reminders in Checking for the next few days is way off because that SSA Income amount has been dropped whereas all other Reminders (mostly Expense) are still there so I get notices of very low balances when in reality that's not the case. This is in the Web app. I rarely use the mobile app. This has been occurring for a few months but it seems to be intermittent and random. Since the Transaction has not occurred yet there is nothing to match.

@MikeBtp, thanks for the additional information!
I wonder if something could be going on with the Recurring Series itself. You might consider deleting and recreating it, or ending the current one and creating a new one, to see if it works correctly going forward. The latter option (ending the current series and creating a new one) may be the best path if you have very many historical transactions linked to the series.
Let us know if this works for you!
