Problem with anything requiring internet access
I'm using simplify web version in duckduckgo. I've been using for several years and I'm now receiving an "an error has occurred " message anytime I try to do anything that requires internet access. Update accounts, using help, etc. The update daily just continually spins, this has been occurring for about 4 days. I've disabled my VPN, restarted my device, exited and restarted simplify. I'm sure it's something stupid but I've run out of ideas. Any help would be appreciated.

Hmm. Try clearing the cache and history. Also try another browser to see if that works better.
I assume duckduckgo is a browser?

DuckDuckGo Privacy Browser has some blocking features that other browsers don't have.
All I can suggest is that you change the title of this discussion to include the word DuckDuckGo attract the attention of anyone else who is using that browser — someone who might be having the same experience or who might know a workaround.

Thanks, I will look in the settings for duckduckgo. I have used that browser since I started using simplify.

I certainly understand why you want to use your own browser.
I use DuckDuckgo as my search engine. I was using Chromium for a while as my goto browser, but I cannot get it installed anymore on Mac. So I use Safari, but if I have problems I check in Chrome. And in Windows, I would assume Edge or Chrome would be the goto browsers.
I hope that by fiddling with the settings, you can get DuckDuckGo to work right for you.

Well it works fine in Chrome, I disabled everything I could in duckduckgo. It still gets an error immediately on initiation of simplifi. I don't know which program changed, I've been using them together for over 5 years. I'll keep looking into it.
Thanks Rob
