CareCredit account no longer available to connect after login portal migration (FDP-103)
Hi, I’m unable to add my CareCredit account under connected accounts in Simplifi.
CareCredit recently migrated to Synchrony’s new login portal, and since then the account no longer appears as an option to connect. This account used to work previously.
CareCredit told me they support Quicken integrations, but Simplifi support said CareCredit isn’t currently supported by their provider.
Is this a known issue, and are there plans to restore support for CareCredit account connections?
Thank you.

wanted to add that I’ve had this issue since November. This is not new and was hoping it would resolve eventually.

@daeSTorm, thanks for reaching out to the Community!
I also have a CareCredit account, and I was able to connect it in Quicken Simplifi after migrating to Synchrony's new login experience. More details can be found here:
And here:
However, I saw some users post that they were able to use their old login when connecting in Quicken Simplifi:
Have you tried your old login by chance? Let us know!

hi @Coach Natalie, thank you for replying. I’ve tried everything you mentioned and still getting the attached error. I’ve even changed my password and I’m 1000% positive my sign in credentials are correct. I even signed into the CareCredit app, typed in my credentials, copied pasted into the notes app, signed in to ensure it’s correct, then tried the exact same credentials in the portal. The error messages I typically get are the care: FDP-103 or one saying to check my sign in credentials. Thank you, again!

@daeSTorm, thank you for the information!
It sounds like you've completed most of the troubleshooting steps we recommend for an FDP-103 error. The one additional thing I want to call out is this step, as it's important to avoid the special characters mentioned:
- Update your credentials – Try temporarily updating your password at your bank's website and then try again to connect in Quicken Simplifi. We recommend NOT using the following special characters: & < > / \.
Otherwise, it looks like the FDP-103 error with CareCredit is a known issue with our service provider. While they work on the issue, we have an Alert that can be followed for updates:
Please let us know if you're still experiencing the error after the Alert is marked as resolved!
