Historical data for some accounts not being pulled in

[removed] I'm having similar issues with linking all my accounts (from the same institution). I'm using the web version of Quicken Simplifi, and I'm getting this
I'm new to Quicken and am just trying to set up things correctly, and preparing for my 2025 taxes, however historical data from some accounts is not being pulled in. The Application seems very impressive, however when certain blocks of data are missing, you start having trust issues. Can you help?

Thanks for reaching out! To help clarify your issue, do the accounts show as disconnected in the Settings > Accounts tab? Are they still updating?
Regarding the historical data issue you mentioned, you can always import your account balance history if it is missing in Quicken Simplifi. Our support article goes over how to do this here:
