In the meantime, you are able to create a manual loan account to track transactions and the balance for the account. For more information, please see this article: https://support.simplifi.quicken.com/en/articles/4593261-how-to-track-loans-and-liabilities-in-quicken-simplifi#h_3c6e02aecf

Note - Since connected loan accounts do not download transactions, you may not be able to connect the manual account to the financial institution once the connection issue is resolved.
