[RESOLVED] 2/18/26: Bilt Rewards - Missing transactions, $0 balance, INSTITUTION NOT RESPONDING

We are currently seeing an issue with Bilt Rewards where transactions aren't downloading in Quicken Simplifi, as well as a $0 balance being displayed for the account in Quicken Simplifi, and an INSTITUTION NOT RESPONDING error being returned at times. This is a known issue that we are working to resolve as quickly as possible. We currently have no ETA to provide on when a resolution can be expected, but will post updates as soon as we do.

    This issue should now be fixed, and everyone should be able to add and update their accounts with Bilt Rewards as expected.
