Add an 'Attachments' column to Reports (edited)
Recommend: In the Reports, the transactions is not showing the paperclip icon when there are attachments to the transactions. But not having this icon, the user has to edit the transaction to see if there is an attachment to the transaction. By adding this paperclip icon, this would make the web app more consistent for the user to work with.

The ability to add the 'Attachments' column to the Transaction Activity areas of Reports is now available. To do so, click the three dots that pop up next to the column headers, and then click "Manage Columns":
And then check the box next to 'Attachments':
