Manual Real Estate Accounts Historical Data

I have 2 manual real estate accounts not linked to Zillow that I created on 1/1/24. With the ongoing issues using manual accounts, there have been a few issues. The balance is correct. The historical transactions show in the account. But the increases in value do not show in the account graph (see screen grab below). Similarly they do not show in the net worth report.

I tried adding a new account with the same transactions and similarly the detail does not show in the account graph - only the current balance.

What I'm after is to see how my net worth has changed over time. The historical data is missing so I can't seem to make that happen.
