How to manage unvested RSUs in Schwab
I have connected my Schwab account but it didn't pull it the Equity account from my employer. . Is this not supported? If not are there any workarounds?
I can add a new manual account and put the unvested shares but then it counts the shares as part of my total account value and they are not real money yet.

Thank you for reaching out! Unfortunately, RSU accounts are not supported for Charles Schwab in Quicken Simplifi.
You can track the account manually and add/edit Holdings in the account to keep accurate records, however: Tracking Investments in Quicken Simplifi | Quicken Simplifi Help Center and Tracking Investments in Quicken Simplifi | Quicken Simplifi Help Center
Additionally, investment transactions do not interact with your Investments Portfolio or Account Balances. These are designed to be a behind-the-scenes type of scenario without impacting your actual Portfolio Value. So if you wish to track the shares you put into the manual account without actually affecting the balance, you can always enter transactions manually.
