Bank of America Pending not Adjusting Bank Total

The Pending transactions are now showing up in Simplifi, but the amounts are not being calculated against the Bank of America Balance.

    To continue troubleshooting this issue, please make the account manual (for instructions, click here), then add the account (for instructions, click here) and link it to the existing account in Quicken Simplifi (for instructions, click here).

    I am not going to do that! Last time I reconnected I lost older data. My BofA credit card now only has data back to September 2025.

    Thanks for the reply! I can certainly understand the frustration here; however, we will need all troubleshooting steps completed before we can continue. If you can try the following steps, it would be very helpful:

    1. Navigate to the bank's website, sign in, and then remove Quickens access from the bank's third-party linked apps.
    2. Make all of the accounts with the bank manual by following the steps here.
    3. Once you see the account(s) listed in the Manual Accounts section under Settings > Accounts, go back through the Add Account flow to reconnect to the bank.
    4. If the connection is successful, carefully link the account(s) found to your existing Quicken Simplifi account(s) by following the steps here.

    You should not lose older data by following these steps. Please let us know how this goes!

    When I went to the bank website to remove Quicken access there where two access premissions listed. I removed the older one and let's see what happens when I refresh again.
