CareCredit/Synchrony: Credit limit not properly reflected
Right now care credit says i'm using 100% of my credit limit. This is incorrect.
I know the credit limit feature is new, so I thought I'd report that so far it appears unsupported on CareCredit on synchrony.

Of my five credit cards, only Chase And AmEx report the credit limit, and they are correct. Chase has the correct statement date. AmEx doesn't have a statement date.
Coign, Fidelity Visa and Apple Card don't report anything. Coign is a manual account. Fidelity card goes through Fidelity. It might work better if I connected it to Elan Credit Services.
So yeah, a work in progress, and some of these probably won't ever work.

Hello @RobWilk,
Thanks for reaching out! The credit utilization feature is based on your account's credit limit and the amount of credit used. We receive this information via aggregation from the financial institution itself.
If you believe the credit limit is not being properly reflected, I would verify if the credit limit matches what is on the bank's website, and then see if resetting your account connection works to resolve the issue. Let us know!

I read in the announcement for this feature that not all banks (or connection providers) support it. I think it said Intuit only, and only when bank supports it.
