Did something change in the last few months?
I logged in for the first time since December and the UI is slightly different. It's all slightly buggy and jumpy. Buttons I press get randomly undone a few seconds later… Honestly has me wishing I didn't renew in January. Please fix this or revert to the old UI. [removed - off-topic]

Also, anytime I first open Simplifi, it shows 2 transactions even though I'm on "All Accounts" and there should be hundreds…

Thanks! This was on the web app in Chrome. I also tried it on the mac app which worked good, but then I updated the app and it looked just like the web app and did not work well. Thanks for digging into this!

Thanks for the reply! Can you clarify what you mean by "did not work well"? I know you previously stated it was buggy, but we will need more information to better assist you. I reviewed the screen recordings you sent via DM. Please provide a bit more information about the issue:
- Do you see the same behavior regardless of which browser you use?
- Is the behavior in the mobile app the same as what you see in the web app?
- If it's different, what are the differences you have observed?
- Have you restarted your computer and/or mobile device since this issue started?
