Hey! Thank you both for noticing this. These labels will be added back soon, and they'll reflect the balance setting that you've selected (i.e. "Balance with pending" or "Bank balance"). Thanks again!

Hey, thanks for the feedback! Showing APR per card was something we definitely wanted to add from the outset, but we found that several FIs unfortunately don't pass us this information.
Several users above have mentioned being able to enter in data manually when an FI doesn't pass it to Simplifi - do you think APR is something you'd like to be able to manually add for display?1 -
Just sent you a DM - thanks!

Plaid has been added as a supported aggregator for this feature!

Can you also arrange to pull the Apple Savings account information (account information and balance) for the Apple Card?
That’s the one account that is MISSING and would complete my financial profile.

Are you asking for support for the "Apple Savings" account to be able to be added as an account that updates? If that is what you are asking, Simplifi currently can do this. I have been using it for a long time. Love it!

The Apple Card can be connected through the iPhone, but currently the new feature that shows statement date and amount owed is not working for it in Simplifi. That will probably require an update to the connector.

I am asking about displaying the savings account associated with Apple Cash that goes to a Savings account.
Currently, Simplify doesn’t pull this savings account data.

My Apple Card is connected to Simplifi, but it does NOT pull Apple Savings Account data (currently through Goldman Sachs but changing in the near future) when it connects.
For ALL other financial institution connections, Simplifi list all possible account connections from the institution tied to the user and allows you to choose which ones to connect to.
For the Apple Card, it doesn’t. Simplifi connects to the ‘credit card’ account ONLY and doesn’t even acknowledge the existence of the Savings Account associated with the credit card.
That means a piece of my financial puzzle is missing.
Can this ‘feature’ be fixed/corrected?

Simplifi allows you to add both the Apple Credit Card and the Apple Savings account that are in your Apple Wallet.

I just noticed a problem. I have three credit cards with Chase. One of them has lost connectivity for some reason (I'll get around to fixing it eventually, but I haven't used the card in over a year, so not an immediate concern). That account no longer shows the account summary info like all my other credit cards; instead that space is occupied by this error message and an orange warning triangle: "This financial institution needs your attention (Care code: 324) We have lost connectivity to one of your accounts. To restore connectivity, you must reconnect with your FI."
So problem 1: can you not cover up the financial summary with that error message? I'm fine with the message; there just isn't any reason why I would want the connectivity issue to block all other information about the credit card.
Problem 2: A bigger problem is that I'm getting the same error message, blocking all summary info, for my other two Chase cards that do NOT have connectivity problems! If you find it desirable to include the connectivity error on ALL cards with that particular bank, at least don't block the summary info with the warning.
I'll attach two screenshots, one for a Chase card that does NOT have a connectivity issue, yet has the warning, and another for a different company's credit card just for comparison.

Opinion: Where there is no data, such as statement balance or credit limit, it should omit the information or section, rather than putting up incorrect information.

Hey! This was a decision we made primarily out of the concern of not displaying incorrect data. While it's true that most users fix their connections rather quickly, we've seen some FIs have service disruptions for longer than a statement period (or potentially just as a new statement period begins), so there was a concern of putting out of date data and causing even more problems. But this is all good feedback as we continue to iterate on this feature!
In regards to your second problem, just so we're on the same page, it sounds like you have multiple Chase cards with different login credentials / connections, only one card has a connection issue, but we're displaying the orange reconnect banner for all of your Chase cards (even though some are still connected). Is that correct? If so, that definitely sounds like a bug. If you're open to it, could you dm me some screenshots showing this? That would be incredibly helpful in troubleshooting this issue!1 -
I'm assuming this has already been posted about, but since Simplifi is getting the information for the Apple Card directly from the Wallet App on the iPhone, that is not supported yet, correct?

Hey! That's correct - the connection to Apple Card is slightly different than our other FIs, but we're investigating whether or not we can obtain this data from Apple to display in Simplifi. Stay tuned!
