When checking your connection attempts from our end, I'm not seeing any errors for Space Coast Credit Union. I also don't see that this issue has already been escalated or is listed as a known issue, and I am unable to reproduce it with dummy credentials.
With that, how long has the to.100 error been occurring for you? This error indicates a timeout issue, so we ask that users wait 48 hours to see if the error resolves on its own.
Also, is the error happening on an existing account in Quicken Simplifi, or is this your first time attempting to connect to Space Coast Credit Union? If the former, you can try these steps to establish a completely fresh connection with the bank:
- Make all of the accounts with this bank manual by following the steps here.
- Once you see the account(s) listed in the Manual Accounts section under Settings > Accounts, go back through the Add Account flow to reconnect to the bank.
- If the connection is successful, carefully link the account(s) found to your existing Quicken Simplifi account(s) by following the steps here.
