Mastercard Data Connect Down - 185 error (edited)

Currently Mastercard Data Connect seems to be down with no ability to sync current accounts or add new accounts.

Tried to tell support but they seemed to keep going down the nothing in the system is an error hole so figured I would just post it here.

    Hello @HappyTrails,

    Thanks for reaching out! I can see the recent ticket you worked with support on regarding Roundpoint Mortgage Servicing Corporation. Is that the financial institution you are referring to in regard to Mastercard Data Connect?

    If so, it appears you received a 185 error when trying to connect. The agent had asked for screenshots and logs to be sent. We will most likely need the same information to possibly escalate here. Will you be able to share that information? Are you still receiving a 185 error if you try to connect?
