Ability to Sort and/or Favorite Tags (edited)

I'd like to see a way to manually sort tags or star my favorite tags so they show up at the top of my list of tags. I have a lot of old tags that aren't used anymore (but I can't delete them because I don't want them to disappear from my old transactions that are tagged), but they still show up first because it's sorted alphabetically. I wish there was a way to manually sort the tags or star the ones I use the most to push them to the top of the list.

    Hide or archive tags would be another way to achieve this. (Would also be useful for categories)

    I use just 2-3 tags (out of 15+ tags) frequently for expenses. It would be very helpful if the most frequently used tags can bubble up to the top instead of having to type the name or searching through a list.
