High credit card balance notification has incorrect data (edited)

I received a normal type of notification, but it alerted me to an excessively high balance on a credit card. Right next to it was posted the actual balance, which was verified when the credit card site was checked. This can be seen in the screen clip below, and support was unable to offer any explanation.

Note the time stamps on both the credit card and the notification are within minutes of each other, so it's not a matter of a delayed synchronization. It's of little consequence, other than it was disconcerting and required time and effort to verify.

    Hello @dbuelke,

Thanks for reaching out! I can see the ticket you worked on with our support team, and I agree that this may be something you will need to keep an eye on to determine whether it is a recurring issue or just a one-time thing.

From the image you provided, I can see that the balance notification was about $600 off. If the actual account balance in Quicken Simplifi matches what your bank's website shows, I would suggest keeping an eye out for it if this happens again and letting us know at that time, as this will establish a recurring problem.

You can either reach out here or reach back out to our support team, as suggested by the agent you worked with. Let us know!
