Thanks @Coach Natalie. I found the issue I am experiencing in the forum and will post there. To summarize the current state of things, there is no working way to connect to Human Interest (with, or without, 2FA).

The QCS-0429-2 error means that you will need to allow a full 24 hours from the last failed attempt before trying again. I would recommend not disconnecting and reconnecting the account until some time has passed.
If the issue persists after doing so, you will want to create a separate thread for the separate issue, as this thread is for the bank not working with MFA enabled.

The ability to rearrange accounts in the Accounts List is not currently supported in Quicken Simplifi. We do have an Idea post requesting this ability that you can vote for, though!
Quicken Simplifi also doesn't support the re-sorting of Categories in Settings either, as they are listed alphabetically. I'm not finding an Idea post for this specific sorting ability, so feel free to create one so other users can vote on it and our product team can review it. Just tested opening Simplifi again and all my accounts refreshed successfully. Editing a transaction worked, too. Thanks for the quick fix, Quicken team!

We are aware of the issues occurring with Quicken Simplifi, including error messages, components/features not loading, and slowness or failure when updating accounts. We have reopened our Alert and ask that you all follow it for updates as we work to resolve these issues internally:
Once the Alert is resolved, if anyone is still experiencing a problem, we ask that you go ahead and create new, separate posts to report each individual issue to keep things organized. This is in case any of the issues reported here are NOT part of the issue the Alert is for.

It amazes me that this is not a feature. It would be extremely helpful at setup to be able to search for a paycheck deposit, select all returned results, bulk assign category "paycheck" and link them to the recurring series for paycheck! 3 years worth of biweekly paychecks could be completed in 5 steps where individually would require 360 steps. Come on guys, how is this not already a feature?!

Confirming @KP_9 - I am seeing the same problems on Mac Desktop (through Chrome) and also the iOS mobile app. I see the "Sorry, but we were unable to make your changes." after I click away from the the initial "an error occurred, please try again" message.
