@Coach Natalie, thanks for asking. No, I don’t have any digital receipt links saved in Simplifi in any way. I didn’t even know about them until I started getting the emails from Apple. At this point I can’t see how it could be related to Simplifi if Amex never sends the links as part of the Accounts & Transactions API response.

Thank you for reaching out! To clarify, what method are you using to fill in these transactions? Are you downloading from the financial institution, importing a CSV file, or using some other method? If you are importing using a CSV file, you may need to slightly change the CSV file name, so that Quicken Simplifi will let you import it again.

It's important to note that your current account balance and the projected balance chart at the top of your check register is not affected by the presence of any particular past transaction. Yes, Simplifi relies on future transactions to keep an accurate future balance chart. However, if one or two past transactions get deleted by accident, it's not the end of the world; unlike with Quicken Classic.
Personally, I love this about Simplifi!

Thanks for reaching out! Not seeing the account as an option to add is the issue described in CTP-8002. That ticket is an internal ticket, so there isn't any way for you to view/follow the ticket directly. However, you can bookmark this post, since any updates will be posted here.

Re: Editing Transactions for Previous Months is Insanely Frustrating
i have access to the new register they are building and can confirm that:
- If i edit a transaction and save it, the collapsed/expanded months do not change, you stay where you were.
- When i click a transaction category (single click, not double click) the entire category text is selected.
You may be able to ask a coach (admin) for early access to the new register. It’s not perfect yet, but is usable.

This isn't something I run into very often. I just thought it would be helpful to bring it up. Waiting to see if the new register addresses it would be fine with me.
I don't follow why you don't think transactions from October 2023 being displayed outside the "October 2023" grouping is correct, but I'm OK with living with it for now.
I'll be interested to see the new register and what problems it is trying to solve.
Cannot Delete Tags
Hello, I've found that there are tags I cannot delete. I receive an alert that says the tags I wish to delete are associated with active savings goals. But this is not true. I have removed all saving goals, in an effort to clean up the tags that are automatically created, but which I am not using.
I recently received notice this issue had been resolved. But I am still experiencing this issue.
Help?
