I'm trying to add my mortgage account to simplify but I get the following connection error: Care Code: FDP-155. Has anyone been able to connect to this provider?

Any ideas?

    Hello @drknowitall,

    To help troubleshoot this issue, please provide additional information. Is this your first time trying to add the account, or was it previously connected, but is now throwing this error? What is the login URL (web address) you use when logging into the account directly through the financial institution website?
